The Best Grilled Blue Cheese Burgers

These blue cheese burgers really melt in the mouth. You can use whichever kind of blue cheese you have to make blue cheese burger recipes but Pt Reyes is definitely one of the best and goes nicely with the flavor of the meat. If you are a blue cheese burger fan, you will love these. You might be tempted to use lean meat since you are using cheese in the actual burger recipe but do not! Extra lean meat is never a good idea for making hamburger recipes and you will always get dry burgers. Use 20% fat ground beef instead. If you do not have a grill, you can use a cast iron skillet or a grill pan instead to cook these beef and blue cheese burgers.
